Our Story
In 1993, a young Amy Arias took a risk and started Mosquito. The tag line for the business would be “leave your mark” based on her idea to shake up a boring and predictable corporate branded products world by offering fresh creative options and elevated service levels not typically seen in the industry. This strategy worked and Mosquito grew into a successful business anchored by customers like Target Corp, United Health Group, and Medtronic.
Fast forward to 2012, Amy was looking for an opportunity to take the company to the next level by utilizing her experience and the team’s talent to enter the consumer products world. She met Carl Monty, whose years of experience in mass retail, global sourcing, and operational process was a perfect fit for her vision. The two joined forces and their respective expertise to create West Emory, a company that would utilize existing relationships to build a consumer products business with the nation’s leading retailers.
In 2019 June Co was created as the parent company to Mosquito and West Emory. June is the culmination of everything we love; working together strategically, ideating for what’s possible, building beautiful products, and developing lifelong friendships along the way. We are excited to write the next chapter in our story.
